Buyer's Premium: There is a 12% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

Format: This auction will utilize a soft-close with extended bidding.

Payment Info: Winning bidder credit card on file will be charged at auction close.

Credit Card Authorization: Users will be required to make a credit card authorization of $1.00 in order to bid. Authorizations will be released at completion of the auction.

Additional Info: If automatic payment fails, bidder has 24 hours to add another card and process a payment on the invoice. Failure to provide a payment within 24 hours of invoice may result in items being sold to alternate bidders and may result in the suspension of bidding privileges.

Shipping: Please contact the reSettled Life office to discuss shipping and moving recommendations. reSettled Life does not offer shipping, however, we can make recommendations of independent, third-party companies that you may choose to contact to arrange shipping or moving of your purchased items. We encourage you to obtain a quote for shipping or moving of the items that you plan on bidding on before final bids are placed. Payment to the shipper or mover will be independent of any payments due to reSettled Life. When payment to reSettled Life is finalized, we can release your purchases to the shipper or mover of your choice or someone designated by you. Since shipping and moving is with an independent third-party operation, we accept no responsibility in the process other than making sure items are handed over to the person or company designated by the buyer for pick up in the same condition listed in description of item. Please email or call the reSettled Life office to give authorization for us to release your items, if you will be utilizing the services of a shipping or moving company. Arrangements must be made in advance of the designated pickup dates and a pick-up appointment will still need to be made if you are using a shipping or moving company. 

Removal: Pick-up date is by scheduled appointment ONE DAY ONLY on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2025 3:00PM-7:00PM EST. We operate our pick-ups by appointment only for all buyers to schedule their pick-up time at their convenience. You will sign up for your pick-up appointment on your invoice, available after the close of the auction. *If you will be utilizing the services of a professional mover, please notify the reSettled Life office prior to scheduling your pick up appointment. 

Notice of Abandonment of Property: Unless special arrangements have been made with reSettled Life, any item(s) not picked up by close of the designated Pick-Up Date shall be considered abandoned property and any interest the winning bidder may have in the property shall revert back to the auctioneer and becomes the property of reSettled Life  - NO EXCEPTIONS! There will be NO REFUNDS for items not picked up. Additionally, failure to pay for or pick up your items will result in the loss of future bidding privileges. It's the buyer's responsibility to call or email the reSettled Life Office to schedule for an alternate pick-up date. All alternate pickup dates are subject to a $5.00/day rescheduling fee to be applied to your invoice. Alternate pick-up days are NOT guaranteed.

Missing Items: reSettled Life make every effort to ensure all items are available for pickup. However, reSettled Life is not always in control of the pickup location. On rare occasion, an item may be missing on pick-up day. If this is the case, a refund for the missing item will be issued to the credit card used for payment.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

A $250.00 fee will be assessed (and charged to the credit card on file) for removal of any large items not picked up by close of pick up times. Large items include but are not limited to furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, pianos, etc. A $100.00 fee will be assessed (and charged to the credit card on file) for small items not picked up by close of pickup times. Any declined notice on credit card for non-removal fees will result in bidder account suspension.

reSettled Life makes every effort to describe items accurately. However, users may find item information to be inaccurate or lacking in detail. We strongly advise that You make use of any available inspection period to personally inspect Items so that You can make the best bidding and buying decision possible.

The Auctioneer may update, change, or remove items, lots, or descriptions at any time. Updates will be posted directly on the auction site. By placing a bid, you agree to the most current version of the terms and conditions. Please review them often, as they may change during the auction.

By acceptance, you as the successful bidder, agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. This serves as a binding contract to purchase the personal property. This is a public auction, open to all.

Please note: You must schedule a Pick-up appointment. We are operating pick-ups with this process in order to expedite the pick-up experience for our buyers and to cut down on traffic and wait times. Please call or email with any questions. Pick-up times may change based on final number of buyers.

This is the only available pickup time. If you cannot make the pick-up or make arrangements for someone to pick-up on your behalf, we ask that you please do not bid.

Removal Assistance: Bring your own boxes, packing materials and manpower to load - these will NOT be provided for you.
