Format: This auction will utilize a soft-close with extended bidding.
Payment Info: Winning bidder credit card on file will be charged at auction close.
Additional Info: If automatic payment fails, bidder has 24 hours to add another card and process a payment on the invoice. Failure to provide a payment within 24 hours of invoice may result in items being sold to alternate bidders and may result in the suspension of bidding privileges.
Shipping: Please contact the reSettled Life office to discuss shipping and moving recommendations. reSettled Life does not offer shipping, however, we can make recommendations of independent, third-party companies that you may choose to contact to arrange shipping or moving of your purchased items. We encourage you to obtain a quote for shipping or moving of the items that you plan on bidding on before final bids are placed. Payment to the shipper or mover will be independent of any payments due to reSettled Life. When payment to reSettled Life is finalized, we can release your purchases to the shipper or mover of your choice or someone designated by you. Since shipping and moving is with an independent third-party operation, we accept no responsibility in the process other than making sure items are handed over to the person or company designated by the buyer for pick up in the same condition listed in description of item. Please email or call the reSettled Life office to give authorization for us to release your items, if you will be utilizing the services of a shipping or moving company. Arrangements must be made in advance of the designated pickup dates and a pickup appointment will still need to be made if you are using a shipping or moving company. All items left at pick up site may become the property of reSettled Life at 7pm EST on the final pick up date.

Notice: Any item not picked up by THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2022 AT 7:00PM EST becomes the property of reSettled Life - NO EXCEPTIONS! There will be NO REFUNDS for items not picked up.
Missing Items: reSettled Life make every effort to ensure all items are available for pickup. However, reSettled Life is not always in control of the pickup location. On rare occasion, an item may be missing on pickup day. If this is the case, a refund for the missing item will be issued to the credit card used for payment.
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
A $250.00 fee will be assessed (and charged to the credit card on file) for removal of any large items not picked up by close of pick up times. Large items include but are not limited to furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, pianos, etc. A $100.00 fee will be assessed (and charged to the credit card on file) for small items not picked up by close of pickup times. Any declined notice on credit card for non-removal fees will result in bidder account suspension.
